Apple pen device Coil in Canada: the budget shortlist
Apple in Canada: 18 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Apple prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.78 per 10 ml.
Apple pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a apple pen device really costs in Canada
Apple sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested apple in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a apple bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every apple bottle shipped into Canada.
Where apple goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
