Blackcurrant refill pack Coil in Canada: the flat shortlist
Blackcurrant in Canada: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Where buyers go wrong with blackcurrant in Canada
A blackcurrant refill pack from the flat-rate options in Canada costs about CA$1.82 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Blackcurrant in Canada reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a blackcurrant refill pack really costs in Canada
Blackcurrant sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested blackcurrant in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every blackcurrant bottle shipped into Canada.
- Batch code and production date, so a blackcurrant bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where blackcurrant goes wrong
- Mixing blackcurrant with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised CA$60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.82 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Packaging for blackcurrant in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is blackcurrant legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On blackcurrant the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$1.82 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does blackcurrant taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the blackcurrant blend itself harsh.
