Caramel pen device Coil in Canada: the best shortlist
Caramel in Canada: 19 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the caramel habit
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.07 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Canada
We run caramel the same way in Canada: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.07 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
