Caramel pen device Coil in Canada: the order shortlist
Caramel in Canada: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Caramel is allowed to say
A caramel pen device from the pre-order options in Canada costs about CA$2.23 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you are looking at caramel in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: caramel in Canada works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Canada
Most people searching Coil in Canada are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long caramel in Canada survives.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.23 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does caramel taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the caramel blend itself harsh.
