Caramel pen device Coil in Canada: the review shortlist
Caramel in Canada: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
If you are looking at caramel in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A caramel pen device from the reviewed options in Canada costs about CA$2.64 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long caramel tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a caramel pen device really costs in Canada
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested caramel in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Canada.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised CA$55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.64 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
