Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
We run caramel the same way in Canada: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

What a caramel refill pack really costs in Canada
Caramel prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.6 per 10 ml.
How we tested caramel in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every caramel bottle shipped into Canada.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why caramel tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised CA$57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.6 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
