How we tested caramel in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Batch code and production date, so a caramel bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where caramel goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

In Canada we measured 3 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.

On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.74 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On caramel the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.74 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
