Citrus pod kit Coil in Canada: the price shortlist
Citrus in Canada: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the citrus habit
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A citrus pod kit from the value options in Canada costs about CA$2.15 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus pod kit really costs in Canada
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.15 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
