Cola box mod Coil in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Cola in Canada: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Where buyers go wrong with cola in Canada
The honest read on cola: 15 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Cola in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Canada the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a cola box mod really costs in Canada
A cola box mod from the cheapest options in Canada costs about CA$2.57 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested cola in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where cola goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cola in Canada survives.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised CA$39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.57 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cola in a box mod last?
In Canada we measured 9 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.57 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$39 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
