Cream refill pack Coil in Canada: the budget shortlist
Cream in Canada: 20 units tested over 3 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
A cream refill pack from the budget options in Canada costs about CA$2.7 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream refill pack really costs in Canada
Cream refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cream in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where cream goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.7 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.7 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$62 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
