What the label on Frozen is allowed to say
Frozen starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Frozen starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the starter kit you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen starter kit really costs in Canada
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.77 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a starter kit
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |

| Entry kit | CA$32 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$1.77 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |
