Coil life, liquid cost and the lemon habit
We run lemon the same way in Canada: same sub-ohm kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
We run lemon the same way in Canada: same sub-ohm kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long lemon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a lemon sub-ohm kit really costs in Canada
If you are looking at lemon in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the sub-ohm kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested lemon in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a lemon bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Mixing lemon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest sub-ohm kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
Is lemon legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Can I order Coil online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
