Lime pod kit Coil in Canada: the flat shortlist
Lime in Canada: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a pod kit for lime
Lime prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.52 per 10 ml.
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: lime in Canada works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a lime pod kit really costs in Canada
We run lime the same way in Canada: same pod kit, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested lime in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a lime bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every lime bottle shipped into Canada.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where lime goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long lime in Canada survives.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Lime | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | pod kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 11 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$66 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.52 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does lime in a pod kit last?
In Canada we measured 9 to 11 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should lime start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pod kit.
Why does lime taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the lime blend itself harsh.
