Pear box mod Coil in Canada: the review shortlist
Pear in Canada: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
We run pear the same way in Canada: same box mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: pear in Canada works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a pear box mod really costs in Canada
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested pear in a box mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where pear goes wrong
- Mixing pear with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long pear in Canada survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for pear in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does pear taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the pear blend itself harsh.
Can I order Coil online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.05 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$66 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
