Plain pen device Coil in Canada: the budget shortlist
Plain in Canada: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Where buyers go wrong with plain in Canada
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plain in Canada reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plain in Canada works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain pen device really costs in Canada
Plain pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where plain goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
