Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run plum the same way in Canada: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
We run plum the same way in Canada: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum pen device really costs in Canada
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.15 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Canada.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Can I order Coil online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does plum in a pen device last?
In Canada we measured 2 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
