Plum pen device Coil in Canada: the flat shortlist
Plum in Canada: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How to tell a good pen device from a repack
There is no single best way to buy Coil in Canada. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Plum pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum pen device really costs in Canada
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$2.0 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Canada.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for plum in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Plum | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |

| Entry kit | CA$60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$2.0 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Can I order Coil online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
