Plum pod kit Coil in Canada: the budget shortlist
Plum in Canada: 7 units tested over 2 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the plum habit
If you are looking at plum in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Most people searching Coil in Canada are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The short version: plum in Canada works if the pod kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum pod kit really costs in Canada
If you are looking at plum in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested plum in a pod kit
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plum in Canada survives.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plum in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
