Plum vape pen Coil in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Canada: 17 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
How to tell a good vape pen from a repack
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.43 per 10 ml.
Plum in Canada reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Canada
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised CA$60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.43 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |

| Entry kit | CA$60 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$3.43 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does plum in a vape pen last?
In Canada we measured 7 to 17 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Is plum legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
