Salted pod kit Coil in Canada: the budget shortlist
Salted in Canada: 20 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in Canada
If you are looking at salted in Canada, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pod kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Salted pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 20 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted pod kit really costs in Canada
We run salted the same way in Canada: same pod kit, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for pod kit in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised CA$59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.81 per 10 ml.
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Salted | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | pod kit | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 20 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$59 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$1.81 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$1.81 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pod kit units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
