Salted RDA Coil in Canada: the wholesale shortlist
Salted in Canada: 12 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Coil life, liquid cost and the salted habit
The honest read on salted: 12 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.4 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.

How we tested salted in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Canada.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised CA$53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.4 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
