Salted squonk mod Coil in Canada: the price shortlist
Salted in Canada: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Ordering Coil to Canada: the practical version
The honest read on salted: 10 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted squonk mod really costs in Canada
Salted squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested salted in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a squonk mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Packaging for salted in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Salted | Decides coil choice more than strength does |

| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |

| Entry kit | CA$42 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$2.35 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.35 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
