Spiced box mod Coil in Canada: the flat shortlist
Spiced in Canada: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Choosing a box mod for spiced
A spiced box mod from the flat-rate options in Canada costs about CA$2.64 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run spiced the same way in Canada: same box mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: spiced in Canada works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a spiced box mod really costs in Canada
The honest read on spiced: 6 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested spiced in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Canada, since tanks and pods go first.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised CA$52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$2.64 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
How much does a box mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$2.64 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On spiced the budget price and the premium price can sit within CA$2.64 per 10 ml once 3–6 business days is counted.
