Spiced pen device Coil in Canada: the wholesale shortlist
Spiced in Canada: 14 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Where buyers go wrong with spiced in Canada
We run spiced the same way in Canada: same pen device, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long spiced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a spiced pen device really costs in Canada
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.63 per 10 ml.
How we tested spiced in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Canada sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is 20 mg/mL. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for spiced in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
Is spiced legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
How long does spiced in a pen device last?
In Canada we measured 5 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
