Tobacco RDA Coil in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Tobacco in Canada: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.07 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco RDA really costs in Canada
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested tobacco in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Mixing tobacco with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Canada accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised CA$55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$3.07 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
Packaging for tobacco in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.07 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
How long does tobacco in a RDA last?
In Canada we measured 5 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
