Tobacco refill pack Coil in Canada: the deals shortlist
Tobacco in Canada: 18 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Delivery, returns and what 3–6 business days really means
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running 20 mg/mL will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$3.45 per 10 ml.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Canada
A tobacco refill pack from the discounted options in Canada costs about CA$3.45 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is 20 mg/mL in Canada, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tobacco bottle shipped into Canada.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming 20 mg/mL is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for tobacco in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$3.45 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$50 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever Canada allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
