Tropical vape pen Coil in Canada: the review shortlist
Tropical in Canada: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
What the label on Tropical is allowed to say
Tropical vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run tropical the same way in Canada: same vape pen, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: tropical in Canada works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical vape pen really costs in Canada
A tropical vape pen from the reviewed options in Canada costs about CA$1.86 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested tropical in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a vape pen arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised CA$68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run CA$1.86 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging. Shipping of nicotine to Canada runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Canada: about CA$1.86 per 10 ml liquid plus CA$68 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
Can I order Coil online in Canada?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 3–6 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
