Vanilla box mod Coil in Canada: the cheap shortlist
Vanilla in Canada: 23 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Canada.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Ordering into Canada usually means waiting 3–6 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Canada that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within CA$1.65 per 10 ml.
The short version: vanilla in Canada works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla box mod really costs in Canada
We run vanilla the same way in Canada: same box mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested vanilla in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Canada, which is 20 mg/mL for retail here.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 3–6 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 3–6 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long vanilla in Canada survives.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Canada stocks.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Canada need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for vanilla in Canada must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
| What it is | This page | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Flavour | Vanilla | Decides coil choice more than strength does |
| Format | box mod | Sets how much liquid you are actually buying |
| Stock checked | 23 lines | Batch-traced, dated production runs only |
| Nicotine ceiling | 20 mg/mL | Legal retail limit in Canada |
| Coil life | ~5 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Canada | 3–6 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | CA$29 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | CA$1.65 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to Canada?
Yes, tracked to 3–6 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
Is vanilla legal to sell in Canada?
Health Canada caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL and requires child-resistant packaging.
